Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Due to the number of people making bookings but not turning up for their stay, our booking procedure and cancellation policy has been changed. Please see below.
To secure your booking at this, a deposit is required at the time of making the booking. This must be made by debit/credit card over the telephone and is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, no further charge will be made if 7 days notice is given. In the event of a cancellation of less than 7 days notice, the balance of the rest of the stay will become due for payment. If you do not turn up the remaining balance will become due for payment. In the event of any cancellation or no show, any outstanding balance will be taken using the debit/credit card details supplied to us at the time of booking.
